Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Exchanges and Refunds will only be considered if the customer notifies Rona Jessie within 7 days of delivery.
  • Rona Jessie requires original proof of purchase for refunds and exchanges.
  • Upon our receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), exchanges and refunds will only be accepted and processed if the item(s) are unused with all tags attached and no signs of damage, wear or altering
  • Customers requesting an exchange or refund will need to courier their items to Rona Jessie at their own cost using a trackable courier service of their choice.
  • Courier of exchanged items back to the customer will also be at their own cost
  • A return for any faulty items will only be considered if you notify Rona Jessie within 7 days of receipt. An exchange or refund of the items will be issued provided that all pieces or components of the original item are available for inspection
  • No exchanges or returns on SALE items
